POOL RULES:
1. No diving or running.
2. Children under the age of 13 shall be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
3. No food or glassware permitted in the pool or on the pool deck. Food and drink are permitted in the designated food areas.
4. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
5. The use of profanity is strictly prohibited.
6. No running, pushing, or other dangerous horseplay.
7. Boogie boards, large inflatables, water guns, and hard balls are not permitted.
8. We reserve the right to deny use of the pool to patrons who do not adhere to these rules.

In addition:
- Lifeguards, and pool staff, managed by High Sierra Pools are responsible for the Landsdowne Community Association pool and pool premises. The staff reserves the right - at their sole discretion - to deny entry to you, your members, or your group, and/or demand that you or members of your group leave the pool premises. In addition, the lifeguards and pool staff may suspend or revoke your pass and your member's passes for the 2026 pool season.
- The wading pool may only be used by children under the age of 5 years old. The wading pool does not have a lifeguard on duty.
- At 45 mins past the hour, lifeguards will blow their whistle to signal a 15 minute break. During this time there is NO ENTRY to the pool by anyone, of any age. Adults and children are not allowed to touch the water. The pool will reopen at the top of each hour, which will be signaled by the lifeguards blowing their whistles.
- If the pool reaches max capacity, no additional guests will be allowed in to the pool area. This includes homeowners and residents with a pool pass, AND, guests of any party reservation.

As the account holder, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of members associated with my account and my invited guests. It is my responsibility to educate members associated with my account (ex: your family) and my invited guests about the rules, and enforce these rules. If I, or a member associated with my account, or my invited guests violate any rules I understand there are consequences which may include suspension of our pool passes, revoking of our pool passes for the 2026 pool season, and/or a fine.

You may request a pool pass for each person, age thirteen (13) years old or older, who are residing in your home during the 2026 pool season. Landsdowne Community Association reserves the right to request proof of residency for all applicants.

You can request for children ages thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) years old to receive a teen pool pass. This pass allows holders access to the pool premises without an adult. However, teens are not allowed to bring in a guest under the age of 18 years old. In addition, if this teen breaks any pool rules, their pool pass will be suspended and/or revoked for the 2026 pool season.

Each account will receive 10 guest passes that can be used throughout the pool season. No more than three (3) guest passes can be used at one time.

By checking this box, I agree to follow all pool rules stated or requested by pool staff, I will educate and enforce the rules for my family and guests, and I accept the consequences of violating any rules may include suspension or revoking of your, and your family's, 2026 pool pass and/or a violation fine.

The Landsdowne Community Association pool is available to those who are current with any financial obligations to the association. The Association is only able to maintain and manage the costs of a pool because of the commitment of Landsdowne members who are current on their dues, fines, and/or other financial obligations.
