Party or Group Use Reservation
Landsdowne Community Association homeowners and residents are invited to reserve space on the pool patio, with access for your guests to enjoy the pool! Celebrate a birthday or host a family gathering at your favorite summer spot—the pool!
To request your reservation, please complete the form and ensure the reservation fee check is received by our office at least 10 days prior to your requested date. Your request will be reviewed, and additional information will be provided via email.
Due to the additional cost associated with providing an extra lifeguard for private reservations, a non-refundable fee of $90 per party will be required. Checks must be made payable to the Landsdowne Community Association and mailed or hand delivered to Sequoia Management at 4795 Meadow Wood Lane, Suite 300 West, Chantilly, VA 20151.
Please note that a reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
The Landsdowne Community Association reserves the right to limit the number of parties and requires that all hosts follow community rules.
